This real-time Slack-based assistant leveraged generative AI to help sales professionals stay aligned with strategy, improve execution, and receive contextual coaching—all from within the Slack interface.
The product was developed from the ground up as part of a stealth startup, where I served as Lead AI Developer and Co-Founder. The assistant integrated ChatGPT, custom intent classification models, and a multi-layered prompt orchestration framework to route queries and generate actionable, role-specific responses.
Built for seamless onboarding, team enablement, and performance improvement, the tool was designed to meet sales reps where they work with personalized insights and minimal context-switching.
