The Adaptive Playbook Builder was an internal AI-driven tool developed to support the creation of client-ready educational playbooks. These playbooks served as instructional resources within the enterprise platform, guiding clients through solution adoption, technical onboarding, and implementation best practices.
The tool performed a lightweight information retrieval step to collect relevant documentation and technical references, and then constructed an outline tailored to the target topic. It followed this outline to do section-by-section generation of playbook content. Additionally, the application embedded custom comprehension-check questions at key points to reinforce comprehension and assess clarity.
This project reflected a systems-level approach to enablement content and combined structured automation with referenced knowledge to scale high-quality client education with minimal manual lift.
